Cold Crab

(for 2 to 3 people)

Materials:
Crab 2-3 (approximately 2-3 pounds)
Ginger Slices,  about 3-5 thin slices
Chinese style black vinegar,   2 spoons

Methods:

  1. Boil about 1 liter of water in a wok / stockpot
  2. turn crab up side down and brush to clean the mud and dirt
  3. Place crab up side down on the dish (bottom up) on the steam tray, place thework cover wok to steamed about 10-15 minutes (do not open the cover)
  4. Tips: Crab should be turned in red when cooked
  5. Place the cooked crabs in a cool place / room temperature
  6. For cold plate or appertiser, crabs can be placed in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes
  7. Enjoy a freash sweet and tasty cool crab

Use chopstick / any stick to release the urine of Crab, after cleaning up the crabs, flip the crab upside down on the appropriate size of simmered dish, add few pieces ginger on top of crabs

For convenient eating, can apart the crab and crack the crab claws
