雙椒牛肉
Ingredients
- beef 8 oz
- green pepper 1 pc
- yellow pepper 1 pc
- minced garlic 1 tsp
Seasonings (1)
- wine 1 tbsp
- light soy 1 tbsp
- cornflour 1/2 tbsp
- oil 1 tbsp

- wine 1/2 tsp
- salt 1/4 tsp
- water 3 tbsp
- cornflour 1/2 tsp
- light soy 1 tsp
Method
- Shred beef. Marinate with seasoning (1) for 15 minutes.
- Rinse green pepper and yellow pepper, shred.
- Heat wok, add 1 tbsp. oil and coat the wok with oil by tilting it from side to side, heat wok again, add 3 tbsp. oil, stir-fry beef until done, add garlic and peppers, mix well, add seasoning (2), stir gently, remove and serve.
