雪耳椰子煲雞湯
Ingredients
white fungus 1/2 zo
coconut flesh 1 lb
chicken 1 pc
lean pork 5 oz
ginger 2 thick slice
Method
Soak white fungus well. Cut into large pieces and rinse.
Skin chicken and wash. Wash coconut flesh and chop.
Rinse lean pork and cut into large pieces.
Bring 12 cups of water to the boil. Put in chicken, prok, coconut flesh, white fungus and ginger. Boil again. Turn to low and parboil for 3 hours. Season with salt. Serve.
