watercress 10 oz
candied dates 6 pcs
Soak in slightly salted water for 15 minutes, rinse and section, blanch for a while. Remove.
Rinse candied dates.
In pot put watercress and candied dates , put in water and bring to boil. Turn to medlow heat and boil until ingredients are tender and soup thickens. Add in sugar. Serve hot.
