雪耳滋潤湯
Ingredients
white fungus 1/2 oz
dried Lily Bulb 1 oz
chinese almonds 1 tbsp
polygonatum 1 oz
dried longan 1 tbsp
Seasonings
- rock sugar suitable amount
Method
Soak white fungus and rinse.
Wash dried lily bulbs, polygonatum and chinese almonds.
Bring 10 cups of water to the boil. Put all the ingredients. Bring to the boil over high heat for 10 minutes. Turn to low heat and parboil for 1 hours. Season with rock sugar. Serve.
