Apple Cake

蘋果蛋糕

Ingredients

  • 180 g plain flour
  • 1.5 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 oz sugar
  • 4 oz butter
  • 2 sliced apples
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup apple juice

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180.15mins.
  2. 2 sliced apples mixed with 1 tbsp lemon juice.
  3. Sieve flour, bakig powder and salt together.
  4. Whisk sugar, butter with an electric whisk (or wooden spoon) until milky. Blend in eggs and whisk. Mix in apple juice and the flour mixtrue.
  5. Grease a round baking tin (8" diameter) . Pour in the ingredients. Line on apple slices. Spray on cinnamon. Bake for 45 minutes.
