Fried Pork With Tomatoes and Beancurd

Ingredients

  • tomato 2 pcs

  • beancurd 1 pc

  • lean pork 5 oz

  • ginger 1 slice

Seasonings 1.

  • cornstarch 1/2 tsp

  • light soy 1 tsp

  • sugar 1/2 tsp

  • pepper pinch

Seasonings 2.

  • ketchup 1 tbsp

  • sugar 1 tbsp

  • light soy 1 tbsp

  • wine 1 tsp

  • salt 1/2 tsp

  • water 2/3 cup

Method

  1. Wash tomatoes, remove stalks, dice.

  2. Clean and dry beancurd and dice.

  3. Dice pork. Marinate with seasonings 1. for 20 minutes.

  4. Heating oil, put the pork in to fry thoroughly, add tomatoes and beancurd and stir-fry, add seasonings 2. and bring to boil. Stir cornstarch solution in for serving.
