Seaweed with crab meat

Ingredients

  • 160g seaweed

  • 600g crab meat

  • 1/2 old chicken

  • 1 egg white

  • adequate cooked button mushroom

Healing Effect

  • Nourish the skin, intestines, stomach and the "yin', beautifying effect.

Method

  1. Wash the chicken and cook it with 15 bowls of water for 3 hour to make broth. Soak and clean the seaweed, then cook it with the broth until tender, season and dish.

  2. Wash and steam the crabs for 15 minutes. When they are cooled, remove the crab meat and the crab roe, mash the roe with the back of knife.

  3. Make a thickening with the crab meat and the roe, then stir in the egg white. Turn the heat off and serve with the seaweed. Garnish with mushroom slices.
