香芒豬柳
Ingredients
pork chop 5 pcs
mango 2 pcs
shallot 2 cloves
Sauce
water 1/2 cup
vinegar 2 tsp
sugar 2 tsp
salt pinch
Seasonings
light soy 1/2 tsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
cornflour 1 tsp
pepper pinch
Method
Rinse and shred pork chop. Marinate with seasoning for 20 minutes, then scald with boiling oil for a while. Drain and leave for further use.)
Peel the mango. shred one of the flesh and press the other one into paste.
Mix well the sauce and the mango paste.
Heat pinch of oil, Saute shallot slice and shredded pork, sprinkle with wine. Stir well. Add in sauce and shredded mango. stir well Serve.
