Steamed Pork and Egg

Ingredients

  • ground pork 5 oz

  • eggs 2 pcs

  • diced green onion 1 tbsp

Seasonings

  • soy sauce 1 tsp.

  • salt 1/2 tsp.

  • wine 1/4 tsp.

  • water 1 tsp.

Method

  1. Mix green onion, seasonings and ground pork well.

  2. Add 2 eggs and mix. Add mixture to steam for 10 minutes. Ready to serve.
