Ingredients
seabream 1 pc
onion 1/2 pc
tomatoes 2 pcs
diced spring onion 2 tbsp
ginger 2 slices
Seasoningd

salt 1/2 tbsp
light soy 1 tsp
water 1/2 cup
pepper pinch
Method
Skin and shred onion.
Scald tomato in boiling water for 3 minutes. Remove skin and seed. dice.
Wash, wipe and rub seasoning on fish thoroughly for 1/2 hour. Drain and dust sides with cornflour evenly.
Heat wok with 4 tbsp oil, add in ginger and fish. Shallow fry over low heat until golen, dish up.
Saute onion and tomato. Add fish, sprinkle wine and add sauce, bring to boil. Add spring onion in sauce and bring to boil for a while. Serve.
