蠔油蒸魚
Ingredients
cod fillet 1 slice
shredded ham 1 tbsp
shredded mushroom 1 tbsp
scallion 2 stalks
ginger 2 slices
Seasonings
wine 1 tbsp
oyster sauce 2 tbsp
sugar 1 tsp
pepper pinch
sesame oil pinch
Method
Rinse cod fillet, place in a steaming plate, lined with shredded ham and mushroom. Add 1 scallion and 2 slices ginger on the fish. steam over high heat for 7 minutes.
Chop another spring onion.
Discard the spring onion and ginger, sprinkle with chopped spring onion.
Saute ginger with one tbsp oil. Stir in sauce. When boiled, pour it over fish. Serve hot.
