Steamed fish "Aconitum" with lemon

 Materials:lemon-steamed-aconitum02

  • a "Aconitum" Fish (can be any fresh fish)

  • a Lemon

  • Green onion, 1 strip

  • Ginger, 2 slices

Seasoning:

  • steamed fish Soy Sauce, 1 tablespoon

  • Salt, 1 teaspoon

Cooking Method:

Preparation:

  1. Remove fish scales & internal stuffs, rinse fish and dry out extra water, salted surface and inside for about 10 min (could cut into two piece for container & steamer)

  2. slices lemon into 5-6 pieces

  3. cut green onion in section

  4. Ginger, peeled and sliced

Steamed method:
  1. Put few green onion on bottom of plate

  2. Place the fish on top of green onion

  3. Spread ginger, lemon slices on top of fish

  4. Boil the water to Boiling on wok or steamer, put the plate with fish on steamer stand

  5. Close the steamer cover, Steam for about 8 minutes (Do not open the cover when done)

  6. Take out the plate, splash steamed fish soy sauce evenly on fish body

  7. Enjoy the delicious lemon fish
