Ingredients
chayote 2 pcs
lean pork 5 oz
garlic 2 cloves
Sauce
light soy 1 tsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
sesame oil pinch
water some
cornflour 1 tsp
Seasonings
light soy 1/2 tsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
cornflour 1 tsp
sesame oil pinch
pepper pinch
Method
Rinse lean pork and slice. Marinate with seasonings for 20 minutes.
Peel chayote, discard the seed and slice.Heat wok with 2 tbsp. oil. Saute crushed garlic and chayote until fragrant. Pour in prok. Fry for a while. Add in sauce. Stir well and serve.
