蜜豆炒牛肉
Ingredients
sugar peas 5 oz
beef 5 oz
minced garlic 1 tbsp
ginger 2 slices
Seasonings
light soy 1 tsp
cornflour 1/2 tsp
sugar pinch
sesame oil pinch
wine 1 tsp
Sauce
light soy 1 tsp
cornflour 1/2 tsp
sugar pinch
pepper pinch
Method
Rinse and slice beef. Marinate with seasonings for 20 minutes. scald in warm oil until done. Remove and drain.
Trim sugar peas and rinse. Scald in salt, oil and water until cooked.
Heat wok with 2 tbsp. oil. Saute crushed garlic, ginger and sugar peas until fragrant. Pour in beef. Fry briefly for a while. Add in sauce. Stir well and serve.
