snow peas 5 oz

Remove head, tear membranes, wash clean and carve rhombic patterns on its inner side, cut into slices, add 1 teaspon each of ginger juice and wine.
Tear the tough strings off the snow peas. Scald snow peas in boiling water and drain.
Heat oil, add scallion and ginger in, put squids and snow Peas in to stir-fry. Season, then serve.
